Entering the arcX Biggest Ever Giveaway is straightforward and completely free. No purchase is necessary to participate. Follow the steps outlined to ensure your entry is valid and counted towards the prize draw.

Existing arcX account holders are automatically eligible without needing to register again. Simply complete the LinkedIn engagement steps to finalise your entry. One entry per person counts toward the draw, but you can earn bonus entries through our referral programme as described on the entry page.

Your arcX account is how we will contact you if you win, so ensure your account details are accurate and up to date. Winners are notified via LinkedIn message or email within five working days of the draw.

Promoter Details

This competition is promoted by arcX Training Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is located at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.

Eligibility Requirements

Open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of arcX Training Ltd and their immediate families are excluded. The competition is void where prohibited by local law. Entrants must comply with all applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.

Entry Period

Entries open at 00:01 BST on 13 July 2026 and close at 23:59 BST on 31 July 2026. Any entries received outside this period are automatically void and will not be included in the prize draw. Ensure your entry is submitted before the deadline.

Prize Details

16 winners will receive: 4 CTI Practitioner courses, 4 Advanced CTI Analyst courses, 4 CTI Bundles, and 4 mystery prizes (course licences). Prizes are as described, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative available.

Winner Selection

How Are Winners Chosen?

Winners are selected through a random draw conducted after the entry period closes on 31 July 2026. All valid entries received during the competition period are included in the draw. The random selection process ensures every eligible entrant has an equal chance of winning, subject to any bonus entries earned through referrals.

The Promoter will notify winners within five working days of the draw via LinkedIn message or email to the address associated with their arcX account. Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process or any other matter related to the giveaway. All decisions are made in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable law.
